Your order with Dame is always delivered by hand directly to you. Packaging will be an unmarked black envelope, bearing only your name, address and our sender’s address.

Dame takes patient privacy and data protection seriously.

Consultations, services and products on Dame are provided by Cloud Clinic. Personal data is managed in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and disclosures are made only when permitted or required.

Express delivery till late

We offer extended delivery options to support patients who may require timely access to care.

Our medical team provides scheduled consultations beyond standard office hours, subject to availability. Where clinically appropriate and following a doctor’s assessment, late-night express delivery may be arranged within 4-6 hours*.

Personalised Delivery

Orders are processed after medical approval:

• Standard Delivery: Expected within 3 working days
• Same-Day Delivery: Additional $25
• Self Pick-Up: Available based on schedule; please contact our support team.

All orders are processed only after medical approval.

For standard delivery orders:

• Orders placed before 4pm on Mondays to Fridays, or before 12pm on Saturdays, will be processed according to the selected shipping option.
• Deliveries are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

First-time patients are required to complete a video consultation, in accordance with Ministry of Health (MOH) telemedicine requirements. Orders for first-time patients will only be processed after the consultation is completed.

Emergency contraception (EC) orders follow a separate delivery schedule, including weekend and public holiday deliveries. Please refer to the EC delivery schedule for more details.

Delivery is available on weekdays, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays.
